What is your shipping policy for high-end cutlery?
We offer secure, insured shipping for all orders. Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the value of our knives, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.
Do you offer professional knife sharpening services?
Yes, Serenity Knives provides professional hand-sharpening services at our Houston location. We specialize in restoring the edge of both Western and Japanese style blades using traditional whetstone techniques.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made knives and used sharpening stones are generally non-refundable.
Can I visit your store in Houston to handle the knives before buying?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to visit our Houston showroom to experience the weight, balance, and ergonomics of our blades firsthand before making a selection.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
All knives sold at Serenity Knives are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. Additionally, we stand behind our custom work and offer maintenance support for the life of the blade.
